2 Day Source of the Nile Experience

You will be picked up from your hotel in Kampala or Entebbe in the morning and driven east to Jinja — the adventure capital of East Africa, about 2 hours away. On arrival, check in to your riverside hotel, then head out for a relaxed boat cruise to the exact spot where the Nile River begins its 6,600km journey to the Mediterranean Sea. Enjoy views of local fishing villages, birdlife and the Nile's calm headwaters. In the afternoon, relax at your hotel or take an optional stroll along the riverbank. Dinner and overnight stay in Jinja.

After breakfast, choose your morning adventure — thrilling white-water rafting through the Nile's rapids near Bujagali Falls, or a guided quad biking tour through the surrounding villages and sugarcane plantations. Both options are guided by experienced local operators with full safety equipment provided. After freshening up and lunch, begin your journey back to Kampala or Entebbe, arriving in the late afternoon — marking the end of your Source of the Nile experience.
